Casa Cipriani Milano Spa

Milano, 2021

Giuseppe Cipriani’s brief for Casa Cipriani Milano was clear, specific, and uncompromising: to create a high-end spa that could stand alongside one of the city’s most prestigious hospitality offerings, within a historic building in the heart of Milan.
The Apostoli Group took charge of the project from start to finish—identifying the ideal spa spaces, crafting a bespoke concept for a discerning clientele, managing the operational tender, selecting suppliers, and overseeing construction on site.
From a clearly defined budget to a preliminary business plan supporting the management tender, every step was carefully integrated.
Supplier selection was handled through a competitive and structured tendering process, with close supervision during construction to ensure the highest standards, consistency, and alignment with shared goals.

Portopiccolo

This marked the beginning of a comprehensive journey, starting with a strategic analysis and the development of an operational business plan to evaluate the investment’s sustainability. From there, an integrated project was launched, covering all phases: architectural and engineering design, financial planning, and consultancy for selecting the spa operator. The Apostoli Group directly managed the competitive tender process for spa operations, evaluating both Italian and international candidates before selecting the current partner. This multidisciplinary intervention demonstrates the Group’s ability to support clients at every stage of the journey – from initial vision to the full activation of services.
